Computer Programmer

Qualified candidates will perform the following:

• Analyze and customize business software solutions using Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Visual FoxPro.

Requirements include

• B.S. in computer science or math 2 years experience

Microsoft Dynamics NAV Programmer

Qualified candidates will perform the following:

• Design, develop, test and deploy Microsoft Dynamics NAV applications to insure that the business is leveraging to the greatest extent possible its Microsoft Dynamics NAV investment.

Requirements include:

• In-house Microsoft Dynamics NAV subject matter expert.
• Review business requirements and validate technical feasibility.
• Prepare detailed design documents specifying technical solution for business requirements.
• Plans and conducts Microsoft Dynamics NAV module and basic integration testing.
• Performs production support and troubleshooting, and maintenance Supports the ongoing evaluation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV software.
• Time management and communication skills are extremely important.
• Supports process improvements.
• Candidates should be able to work from assigned tasks and maintain deliverable timelines.
• Candidates should also be able to manage assignments with limited supervision and interact with
  all levels within the business.
• A broad range of programming skills desired with ability to quickly acquire new skill.
• Maintains awareness of vendor features and suggests uses or improvements to business.
• Develops reports as required to assist management in making effective decisions.
• A minimum of 3-5 years development/implementation experience with Microsoft Business
  Solutions NAV/Axapta or other tier I/II ERP system is required.
• A bachelor's degree is desired.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV Implementer

Qualified candidates will perform the following:

• Management of customer projects, including scope definition, status reporting, quality control,
  and team management.
• Works directly with customers to establish project schedules and plans and clearly
  communicates all aspects of the project to the client
• Assurance that the project is delivered on-time and on-budget.
• Schedules project review meetings, completes reports, administers and approves project time
  and expenses, and manages and approves project billing.
• Detailed hands-on implementation and configuration of software across multiple, simultaneous
  projects.

Requirements include:

• 6-10 years project management, implementation of accounting (ERP) software, client
  consultation, and account management.
• Prior experience in the consulting industry performing accounting software implementations, ERP
  deployments, or managing ERP related projects.
• Ability to facilitate and advise clients on process reengineering changes.
• Involvement in a consultative sales process is a plus.
• Experience working with distributors, not-for-profits, and retailers a plus.
• Ability to multi-task. - Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience is a major plus.
• BA/BS degree. A degree in Accounting and/or a C.P.A. is highly preferred

Telemarketer (Software Sales)

Qualified candidates will perform the following:

• Making outbound calls to customers interested in our services. (warm calling with a script) and
  customer follow-up calls
• Scheduling demos and forwarding those scheduled to the Sales Executive

Requirements include:

• Phone Sales/Strategic Telemarketing Experience Required.
• Self motivated and organized.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
